GD doesn't sneak around and scare you unexpectedly. Our fees are transparent and reasonable and include all taxes, road and bridge fees, handling fees and gratuities.

One-way car service can be changed or canceled free of charge more than 1 hour in advance, and on-time charter service needs to be changed or canceled more than 24 hours in advance.

All transfers include free waiting time – 60 minutes for pick-up and 15 minutes for other occasions. The driver tracks the flight to ensure that the pick-up is on time even if there is a flight delay.

On the day of your ride, you will receive email and SMS notifications with your driver's name and contact details, so you always know who will serve you.

Each of our drivers has a business license and insurance, and they will accompany you from start to finish. Depending on your needs, we have business class, large commercial vehicle/SUV and luxury model for you to choose from.

Our tour guides are experienced and familiar with various tourist attractions in Japan, fluent in Chinese languages, and able to communicate efficiently and humorously.
